These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Build Finder ("Service"), operated by The Build Finder ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

The Build Finder provides construction project data for business purposes. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data without prior written consent
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or bulk download data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

2. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We use Stripe for payment processing; your payment information is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

4. Free Trials

We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date construction project data. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data. The data is provided "as is" and you use it at your own risk. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Build Finder and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Build Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Build Finder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
